spiral ductwork include efficient air movement and minimal leakage, which can help reduce the energy needs of HVAC systems.

Spiral duct are lighter (due to thin gauge material), require less joints and hanger cutting both labour and material cost.
LESS INSULATION MATERIAL CONSUMPTION :
The perimeter of round duct is less than equivalent rectangular duct which significantly reduce surface area of ducts for insulation.
EASY TO SEAL :
Spiral duct normally comes in 3mtr lengths as compare to 1.2mtr lengths for rectangular duct which reducing the number of connections and so easy to seal the duct system
